Autumn has arrived so suddenly (dont't you think?) and with it I’ve been really ill. 🤕 It’s been a tough journey tbh for a good few weeks, almost a dark night of the soul experience. I feel like a lot has changed for me and in this video I hope to try and explain things as I literally feel forever changed. Mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Will we ever learn to slow ourselves down to prevent our bodies forcing a stop with something like illness? I’m not sure I will tbh, I never seem to learn this lesson...
