To raise awareness about ways people could save money on their home electric bills, Momentum created the first-ever DIY reality show for a utility company. Titled "Energy House Calls" and hosted by former HGTV host Carmen De La Paz, we created six episodes where we visited families in Fresno, Chico/Redding, Contra Costa and Monterey/Salinas. At the homes, after going through the specific energy challenges for that location, De La Paz showed the families PG&E rebate programs, DIY solutions and other ways to cut their electric bills.
