Organized by textbook: learncheme.com Steam with quality is fed to a tank containing a liquid-vapor mixture at lower pressure. An energy balances determines the amount of liquid fed to the tank to increase the tank pressure to the feed pressure. The numerical calculations are shown in part 2.
