Today, here at the Agorà Congress in Milan, one of the most important aesthetic medicine and surgery conferences in Italy, I'm presenting a report that is very dear to me, about my case history of endoscopic lifts using the Mivel technique, which I standardized and published more than twenty-two years ago, totaling over a thousand cases.
I believe this is certainly the largest case history in Italy and probably among the largest in Europe, with more than a thousand endoscopic lifting cases. For me, endoscopic lifting is the father of all facial rejuvenation techniques, why? Because through endoscopy, using a minimally invasive technique with small incisions in the hairline, we can reposition tissues following vertical vectors, always combining - because when I perform facial rejuvenation, I always combine it with regenerative therapy, Seffiller regenerative therapy, which helps reintegrate the adipose compartments, both superficial and deep, which are so crucial in facial rejuvenation.
So, endoscopic lifting allows us to lengthen and improve the look, in some cases creating the so-called foxy eye, while in other cases simply opening up the gaze and then, through endoscopic dissection, repositioning the tissues in the mid-face area as well.
This procedure can be performed as day surgery with extremely quick recovery times and absolutely natural results.
