Defeating the final boss and the brief ending for Endoparasitic 2, where your character only has one arm to drag themselves around and a parasite is slowly killing them while you explore an infested ship. Give this man a hand for how skillfully they move around as they sorely need one.
I never played the first game but saw clips of it so when I saw a sequel released I really wanted to give it a try. It takes some getting used to for the controls but it's quite well done for creepy exploration vibes and having to save bullets (although part of my ammo issue was probably from making more nitrate injectors than needed when I had tons of needles lying on the floor that make Cynte look like a junkie instead of using the nitroglycerin for more pistol ammo).
While the Steam page lists boss fights, this is the only actual boss fight I encountered.
