Endometrial cancer is the most common gynaecological cancer in the developed world. Many of the risk factors of endometrial cancer involve high levels of estrogen or "unopposed" estrogen. In this lesson, we discuss the main risk factors for getting endometrial cancer and ways to reduce risk.
