Down wind foiling for 12 kilometres from Lagoon Beach near Cape Town to Big Bay using an Air Rush free wing and AK Durable Supply Co 1300 high aspect ratio foil, 70cm Aluminum mast and 25 litre 4ft board. Wind at the start was around 30 knots and then dropped to around 20 knots towards the end.
