An automatic enderdragon XP farm?!?
I'm not the only one who dreamed of that for quite a while, right? ;-)

Note: This command will set the gamerules logAdminCommands and commandBlockOutput to false and will no reset then when being done.
Also the creation will change the world border temporarily to sizes between 10,000,000 and 60,000,000.
