End-of-Life Planning 101 is a free community workshop series designed to help participants better understand and navigate the practical, emotional, and logistical aspects of planning ahead. In this 60-minute virtual introductory session, we'll explore what end-of-life planning is, why it matters, and how preparing in advance can be an act of care for ourselves and the people we love. Participants will learn common terms, become familiar with key planning documents and decisions, and leave with a clearer understanding of the steps they can take moving forward. No prior knowledge is required, and all are welcome ~ whether you're actively planning, supporting a loved one, or simply curious about the topic.
