In this Dream board Art Journal video, I decided to work on an unfinished journal page and show how a small collection of encouraging words can help move the page forward, and you can also set some encouraging intentions in the process.
I used words and phrases that I had collected from newspapers, and magazines and I make a paged filled with reminders such as:
'moving forward, determined, extending your reach and more - and I also decide what they mean to me.
This is a lovely activity to try when you are short on time, unsure how to finish a journal page or looking for a creative way to reflect on your goals and intentions and you do not need to complete the whole page in one sitting, just keep asking yourself what does the next layer need, and also give yourself room for reflection:
• What you want to move towards
• What gives you energy
• The next small step you can take
So, go look and see what unfinished journal pages you have and follow your intuition.
