"RPG Orchestral Essentials" is a vast library of free video game music with an orchestral aesthetic, from bosses, battles, dungeons, villages and more, all entirely free to download and royalty-free - all it requires is an attribution/credit mention if used!
Each of the tracks loops seamlessly once, allowing you to set your own loop points, or end time the track to end dramatically with a scene.
This theme in particular may be quite suitable for an evil encounter with antagonists, or a villainous group perming sinister deeds.

RPG Orchestral Essentials (Reborn) is the sequel to the free RPG Orchestral Essentials (Legacy) music library. Reborn contains not only the entire Legacy library, but also 11 more tracks in addition to fully remastered recordings of the Legacy tracks, giving you 2 versions to choose from!
Each track loops seamlessly at least once in the recording, and then ends abruptly with natural trailing reverberation, allowing you to either set seamless loop points (using the suggested metadata values in the README above) or match the tracks to conclude dramatically with cutscenes.
