Here’s four more shots I animated on Encanto. For video reference sometimes I don’t even try to match the audio exactly, I just act out movements and try to find interesting head angles / mannerisms to add in to my shot later. You can also see in my first pass blocking a slightly different idea where Luisa looks away to hide her eye twitch, but it was decided to keep it more straightforward in the end. Thanks to Kelly McClanahan for the supervision on this sequence!
