This is currently the easiest method to enable DLSS4 or 4.5, with the latest presets utilizing the new Transformer model, globally. This should work with ALL RTX GPUs. Want to do it with only a specific game? Concerned about anti-cheat? I've addressed both in the first section of the video, so please try not to skip.
**If you don't see the DLSS options in Inspector, try uninstalling your drivers using DDU and reinstalling.**

Version was updated while I was editing this video but the functionality is the same. Grab the latest version.
DLSS Overlay via Regedit (optional):
Directory: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NGXCore
Useful tool to swap DLSS files for games that may not cooperate:
DLSS Swapper: github.com/beeradmoore/dlss-swapper/releases
DDU (Display Driver Utility). Use this to uninstall GPU drivers, if necessary (for example, if DLSS options aren't showing in Inspector) guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download

Presets breakdown:
Preset A - Intended for Perf/Balanced/Quality modes: An older variant best suited to combat ghosting for elements with missing inputs such as motion vectors.
Preset B - Intended for Ultra Perf mode:Similar to Preset A but for Ultra Performance mode.
Preset C - Intended for Perf/Balanced/Quality modes):Preset which generally favors current frame information. Generally well suited for fastpaced game content.
Preset D - Intended for Perf/Balanced/Quality modes):Similar to Preset E. Preset E is generally recommended over Preset D.
Preset E - Intended for Perf/Balanced/Quality modes)The default preset for Perf/Balanced/Quality mode. Generally favors image stability. Preset E is the GO-TO for DLSS 3.
Preset F (Intended for Ultra Perf/DLAA modes): The default preset for Ultra Perf and DLAA modes
Preset G (Unused)
Preset J is the first version of the DLSS 4 Transformer model.
Preset K is the latest DLSS 4 Transformer model. Preferred model for DLSS 4 (not 4.5)
Preset L - Default preset for Ultra Performance mode. Delivers a sharper, more stable image with less
ghosting than Preset J, K but are more expensive performance wise. Preset L is peak performant on
RTX 40 series GPUs and above.
Preset M - Default preset for Performance mode. Delivers similar image quality improvements as
Preset L but closer in speed to Presets J, K. Preset M is peak performant on RTX 40 series GPUs and
above.
