The faculty of Mathematics at University of Waterloo is a unique institution. An entire faculty, devoted to the research and application of mathematics. Taking new concepts from discovery to theory to application.
It’s home to world leading research and researchers. A staff of 200 mathematicians, and over 8000 students work together, across fields and disciplines to maximise the potential of projects that explore new territories and boundaries in the areas of Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Math, Pure Math, and Combinatorics & Optimization.
