Running mining rigs is fun, but when one goes down miles away for no reason, its inconvenient to drive out and correct the problem. I've found a solution using cheap off the shelf parts that allows granular control over my 240V appliances up to 1200W and I decided to share the Emporia smart plug secret with all of you. Schedule, monitor and remotely datalog your mining rigs or other 240-vac appliances with ease, on the cheap!
