Walter Barrett joined the the City's Solid Waste Management department in 2008 as Solid Waste Manager. In addition to this role, Walter also serves as a member of the Black and African American Employee Affinity Group Steering Committee and participates as a mentor with the group’s mentorship program.
Walter also assists in recognizing and celebrating employees who demonstrate the City’s Core Values by serving as one of Solid Waste’s CORE Ambassadors.
