The City's Parks and Recreation department has many employees picking up trash year-round and annually before the Easter holiday, preparing the parks for overnight camping. Crystal began working with the City in July 2022. She serves as a Maintenance Worker in Parks & Recreation and has served in this role since becoming a member of Team COSA almost four years ago. Israel joined the City in February 2023 as a Maintenance Crew Leader in Parks & Recreation. In January of 2025, he was promoted to Maintenance Crew Leader II, which is the position he holds today.
