The victory trigger is simply to have William go beyond the London gate. Although the gate would be locked and we normally have to do all the battle sequences to unlock it. We can use the gate self-destruct exploit to blow the walls on the sides of the gate, allowing William to walk around it and win instantly.
(I used My Name is Methos cheat on this save to make it easy to test, but this cheat has nothing to do with the exploit)

Bad luck on Razril 3 fight, and some minor bad luck on few other fights. But the run is still alright overall.
Played on PCSX2 1.6.0 emulator.
