Emissaries Of Syn mix infectious crusty, metal-tinged punk with a few industrial and noise influences as well. Serious topics covered with scathing humour, biting sarcasm and playful intellect. Fun for all the family, for sure; especially if the family regularly enjoys evenings around the jukebox listening to the likes of Antisect, Crass, Napalm Death, Godflesh, Motörhead and Fudge Tunnel.
Emissaries Of Syn have been plying their 'Grind'n'roll crossover' out of 'sunny North Wales' for 10 years with a string of EPs, splits and singles / covers, but here is their debut album. For those of you keeping up with the Prowling For The Blasts compilations, the incredibly catchy 'Ersatzisfaction' featured on the 3rd edition.
I've long been friends with the EOS chaps, and am happy to have the opportunity of sharing their work, their sounds and their ideas in the words and explanations (definitely have a look in 'Lyrics').
