Billy Bragg released this beautiful song the day before Mother's Day 2020 in the UK when we'd only just gone into lockdown. Billy poignantly captured the thoughts and emotions many of us were still struggling to understand with this powerful message: stay home in order to save the people you love. I know I wasn't the only one who shed a tear for a vulnerable parent or loved one on hearing these heartfelt lyrics - a letter from son to mother letting her know that he was thinking of her on Mother's Day, despite not being able to be with her.
