Emergent New Code NLP Trainer Training Update ITCA New Code Trainer Exclusive
As an ITCA New Code NLP Trainer you will be fully aware of how Covid impacted the world and the effects on events orientated businesses such as training companies which traditionally relied on people coming gathering in groups. The impact of Covid and accompanying social upheaval brought a significant increase in the coaching market
for the people to work through, both the direct and in direct consequences of Covid.
In the Covid period, John and Carmen chose not to travel, and began developing new patterning initially aimed at helping people work through the medical effects of Covid, particularly long Covid.
Additionally, John, Carmen and Michael developed a new six month programme called New Code NLP for Extraordinary Coaching which included modules on working with ‘extreme coaching case studies’, and John and Michael conducting live coaching sessions with cold clients who were not part of the course and whom Michael and John had not met before.
Whilst Michael applied the traditional New Code NLP patterns in his client sessions, John did something very different, he (John) unconsciously packaged and augmented the patterning he and Carmen had been working in the 18 months prior to the course. In doing so John unconsciously built a different model for New Code NLP Coaching which utilised a new way of working with the unconscious as well as utilising some of the original New Code NLP patterns differently. The results of John’s coaching sessions with the live clients, all of whom had medical issues were stunning, John and Carmen have now packaged the new material and to make it distinct from the original New Code patterns have named the new work ‘Emergent New Code NLP’.
So we now have two forms of New Code NLP;
Original New Code NLP, (Grinder and Bostic, 1988 to present with contributions from Carroll) Emergent New Code NLP (Grinder and Bostic 2022 to present)
For the first time since 2019, John, Carmen and Michael will be working together live in Portugal teaching the New Code NLP and Coaching Certification from 12 - 19 May. This course will be very different from anything John, Carmen and Michael have delivered before, it will include the new patterning ‘Emergent New Code NLP’ as a key part of the course.
We will be showing the videos of the work John conducted with the clients, from the New Code NLP for Extraordinary Coaching Course, the first public display the patterning, John will breakdown and explicate the work for the new students and of course there will be lots of exercises for the students to develop their coaching proficiency with the new patterning.

This is the first time ever, Emergent New Code NLP will be taught in a New Code and Coaching Certification. The New Code Trainers upgrading their skills, will experience all the patterns and will be provided with precise instructions from John and Carmen on how to supervise the exercises and how to conduct an evaluation where in a coaching context, a student works with a client using Emergent New Code NLP.
