The blackout technique is an amazing way to add extreme depth to a project. Have you ever tried this technique with a color ink instead of black? It creates a whimsical effect that black ink can't quite achieve; though black is beautiful in its own right, it doesn't give the same feel that a colored ink does. Which makes both equally as interesting for different card projects!
