In the 1972 documentary 'Elvis On Tour' the footage used for the final edit of 'Big Hunk O' Love' was taken from Hampton Roads, Virginia on April 9, 1972.
In this video, the footage of the same song is taken from April 14, 1972 in Greensboro, North Carolina. There were multiple camera angles filmed during this concert, with this particular footage coming from the left stage camera. At one point in this video can see the camera man taking the right side footage (sneaking out behind guitarist James Burton).
As many Elvis fans are aware there is a lot of unreleased footage that was taken during filming of the documentary that fans are hoping will be released.
