Hi!

I just finished a fantastic book by Edgar Mittelholzer called 'Eltonsbrody'.
The story has that romantic/gothic vibe and takes place in the 'Barbade', a micro island state in the Caribbean sea.
In a windy and mysterious house called 'Eltonsbrody' where some really strange things occur.

It inspired me to create this track with the DT, DN and M8.
I previously sampled my Telecaster through the Chase Bliss Thermae directly into the Digitakt, as well as various 0-Coast percs that I scrambled with the DT.
I recorded my voice through a Vocoder and sampled it into the M8.

The M8 and DT/DN combo have their clock synced, and I'm launching individual patterns on the fly on the M8: vocals, a triangle lead, a gritty bass, and some hats.
