🚨 WARNING to All ExpressLRS Users 🚨
A serious bug has been discovered in ExpressLRS that can cause AUX channel jitter, potentially leading to catastrophic crashes — especially for Rotorflight users. This affects anyone using Wide Switch Mode and telemetry ratios 1:8 or slower, commonly used in helicopters for throttle, rescue, flight modes, and more.
📉 Even in good link conditions, this bug can be triggered when MSP data is sent from the transmitter — like when using Lua scripts. The result? Random AUX channel values that can completely disrupt control.
✅ Workarounds Until ELRS 3.5.5 is Released:
Set telemetry ratio to 1:4
Or use 333Hz Full Packet Rate
