OHIO - Prosecutors confirmed they are preparing new, more serious felony charges against Elizabeth Siders, beyond her original counts of child endangerment. These upgraded charges are being brought in response to her request for release and will be presented to a Grand Jury.
NBC4 also confirms prosecutors stated she has “new serious felony charges” pending Grand Jury review.
Authorities found the children living in extreme neglect; several were hospitalized, including one in critical condition.
