Elicit doesn't always get it right on the first try. Sometimes it returns papers that aren't particularly relevant, but you can actually guide it towards the kinds of papers you're looking for.
In this video, I show you how to select the papers that are most useful and use Elicit's “Show More Like These” feature to find additional papers based on your selections.
This is a really useful way to refine an AI-assisted literature search. Instead of simply accepting whatever the AI gives you, you can provide feedback about what you consider relevant and let Elicit search for more papers that match.
It's a simple example of how to keep the researcher in control of the research process while using AI to speed things up.
