My attempt at making a dominating blow character. In low level maps with the right enemies he works fine but this character generally doesn't perform particularly well and generally lacks the survivability to be useful in the late game. If the damage seems alright to you, you're welcome to try it out. With the right gear and a 5 or 6 link on dominating blow it's probably possible to get to 5kish dps (mana is going to be an issue) but at that point lightning strike or elemental cleave with the same gear and build is going to be doing 20kish dps.
