According to UNICEF, 1 in 4 children under the age of 5 globally do not have any documentation of who they are. Element and Global Good Fund have teamed up to develop an encrypted biometric platform for infants in developing places such as Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Tanzania.
