Heartbreaker 2 will be launching on January 26th at 1PM EST
This palette will retail for $75
This palette is a PREORDER & will not ship until APRIL. Electrum Cosmetics is a woman owned indie brand. Lisa (owner) hand presses each shadow herself and assembles her own palettes. Shipping may take some time, but I promise it is worth it in the end.
