I know these ultra-high speed spacecraft exist: I observed two of them conducting maneuvers for several minutes while camping at St. Mary campground in Glacier National Park in late August 2010.
My guess is an electromagnetic energy device based upon Tesla's discoveries is the power source. What's your educated guess?
