hey hunnies, so 2day im doing a requested video again !! i uploaded a "glow" overlay in a recent giveaway and a couple ppl wanted to know how to do it along w a background ! this was ib legallyko and i didn't know what to call the glow but it kinda looks like lightning so im just calling it electric ssfdfg anyways i hope u guys like this and it helps :o)
