This is my guide for Vampire and Werewolf Spawn locations that can be found in the Rift (Ebonheart Pact). The first one is where I was bitten myself, the rest is based upon my own research online from various forums, videos and images.
I also include the vampire quest: Head to the northern entrance of Riften to start the quest.
The key to getting a spawn is just to keep trying every time night falls when you are online. The moons do increases the chance of spawn but, as I show you, you can get a spawn randomly on any night.
Do not buy bites off people 9/10 are going to scam you, get it for free, off a mate, from a guild or get it yourself for the satisfaction!
I don't own the the rights to ESO; all rights to Zenimax.
