This is the continuation of the the main questline 'Messages Across Tamriel', which turns into the 'Weight of Three Crowns' when the leaders of the Alliances get together to bicker like infantile children. Molag Bal makes a guest appearance and gives them some new friends to play with. Also, I messed up with my information towards the end.
