After some hacking I managed to load the NPCs using the parameters from the Network Test. We can take a lot of information from this experiment, considering the CNT is from October or September 2021:
- Fia was there, but the Roundtable Hold version doesn't carry a staff (in retail the staff is there, but invisible). The "deathbed smalls" are only used by the other Fia.
- D was there in many of his version, so was his brother.
- Seluvis was there, and many of his puppet summons
- Sellen was there in her many versions
- Bernahl
- Lord of Blood NPCs were there (many of those invaders)
- Volcano Manor and their kill list quest was there
- Kenneth Haight was wearing the Ruler's Mask! This explains a bit the lore of that armor.
- Boc as human was there
- Rico was there
- Millicent was there, but while she changes armor as her quest progresses, her hair stays the same (no ponytail version)
- Patches was there
- Probably many more for which I don't know the names, but feel free to leave extra details in the comments
