It was just a oneshot kill at Level 30(which can be done at Level 25) from my Low Level Oneshot Boss Challenge Series. I thought it was funny when he transforms in a cool way with all the theatrics and dies in the 2nd Phase.
BTW for the people who claim that they oneshot bosses but they can't do it because game triggers the phase change for certain bosses, and it won't allow oneshot kills. Well, that is only valid for Malenia and Rykard, not other bosses. If you can deplete their hp in full in the first phase, they die. It is as simple as that, this video is the proof.
