I found this a few days ago, and now that I've finished the game - I'm finally back to focusing on making videos on the game lol. This is the best late/endgame rune farming method in Elden Ring. If you use Wave of Gold or any other strong AoE attacks in Elden Ring, you can net yourself about 10 Million Runes per hour or so. Especially if you're using the Gold Fowl Foot item.
