One of THE MOST aggravating things when inserting elastic into a casing is when it gets stuck on a bulky seam.

My favorite tip to making sure this doesn’t happen is to make sure to use a small piece of interfacing on your seam allowances to help them lay flat. This way it’s easy and smooth gliding!
