Prior to a special event in April of 2016, Elaine caught a few laps on Rampage. After getting her fix sitting up front, she joined her good friend, Becky (wearing white) to grab a few laps in the back of the train. John and Sam stayed on for the first lap from this joy ride before Elaine and Becky moved to the back row for more fun on Alabama Splash Adventure's signature roller coaster, Rampage! This precious footage was captured on 04/23/2016.
Elaine was an integral part of Team Coaster Addict and in the lives of everybody she met. She lived life to the fullest and truly cherished each moment. Her life was cut short due to an unexpected brain aneurysm on February 1, 2017, at the young age of 31. We miss her dearly each day. Finding this rare and extensive footage was quite the blessing!
Be sure to cherish life and each moment. Tomorrow is not guaranteed. While Elaine passed away long before any of us anticipated, she lives on in spirit through us all, and she lives on through approximately 50 people specifically because she was an organ donor, including seven organ donation recipients.
