Long before tacos al pastor became one of Mexico’s most iconic dishes, Lebanese migrants brought the technique of shawarma to Mexico. Over time, it evolved into something uniquely Mexican.

Together with @chef_ritasoueidan from @maisan15 , we’ve created a one-day menu inspired by the roots that connected our two cultures in the first place.
A pita filled with Chicken al Pastor, spicy green tarator, sumac onions, fries, herbs and pineapple.
Our churros, reimagined with cardamom & cinnamon sugar and a spicy chocolate sauce.
And a hibiscus & pomegranate agua fresca finished with a touch of za’atar.
A little bit of Lebanon.
A little bit of Mexico.
