As Tropico enters the Cold War era, one thing is clear to El Presidente: Tropico, and El Presidente himself, is on the brink of failure.

He’s heard the rumors - fall too far into debt, and rebellion will surely follow. So he’s devised a brilliant plan. Double the length of workdays (with a midday siesta, of course), raise wages so every Tropican is filthy rich, and build supply chains so efficient they’ll make the Soviets jealous.

In this one, we’ll process every raw material, fully upgrade every factory, and make sure we have enough teamsters to keep goods moving until Tropico is overflowing with wealth. And by the end, hopefully we'll save Tropico!
