Enrique Jorquera Guerrero “El Jorquero” was a former ministerial police officer who became affiliated with cartels to carry out organized crime. He was the former ministerial liaison of the Mafia with corrupt elements of the prosecution. He is said to have been a police officer working for the government before joining cartels for drug trafficking and other related crimes. El Jorquera is a wanted execution believed to have carried out killings for large cartel syndicates in Mexico. There are reports that he is affiliated with Sinaloa Cartel, while others said it is with CAF and CJNG.
