What's up gals & pals? Today I'm making two versions of what is considered by many to be the world's first cocktail, El Draque. I'll be making the original version created by Sir Francis Drake and the updated version from the Smuggler's Cove cocktail book. 🥃

EL DRAQUE #1 (Sir Francis Drake Version)
2 tsp Raw Sugar
1 Lime Cut into Four Wedges
6 Mint Leaves
*Muddle All Above*
2 oz (60 ml) White Rum
No Ice

EL DRAQUE #2 (Smuggler's Cove Version)
6 Mint Leaves
.75 oz (22 ml) Lime Juice
.75 oz (22 ml) Raw Sugar Syrup
*Muddle All Above*
2 oz (60 ml) Cachaca
Garnish w/Floating Mint Leaves
