BIG ⚡ ICONic ⚡ Cosmic ⚡!

We're teaming up with Liz Lambert and BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group to reimagine and 3D print a new El Cosmico in Marfa, TX! The more than 60-acre community development and expansion will feature housing, hospitality amenities and a 3D-printed hotel.

Featuring organic curves and domes set amidst the vast high desert landscape, the homes and structures seamlessly carry forward El Cosmico's tradition of merging art, nature and hospitality. The collection of the BIG-designed two, three and four bedroom Sunday Homes will feature expansive views of the Davis Mountains and range from 1,200 sq. ft. to 2,200 sq. ft. Another facet of the project will be to assess the opportunity to 3D-print affordable housing in Marfa to serve the evolving needs of the town.
