Ekster finally brought MagSafe to the Cardholder Pro, officially calling it the Cardholder Pro with MagSafe, though I’m calling it the MagSafe Cardholder Pro.

The MagSafe system is cleverly designed with different magnetic polarity on each side. The logo side has a stronger hold for attaching to your phone or MagSafe sticker, while the opposite side is optimized for stacking accessories like the cash clip, coin tray, or Cardholder Nano. Despite being more compact than the original Cardholder Pro, it still holds up to 7 cards, or up to 17 with add ons. The aluminum build feels more rigid, card retention is improved, and the familiar pop up mechanism is just as fast and smooth. A new removable bottom also makes cleaning easy if debris ever gets inside.
