The Mahlkonig EK43 grinder is popping up in espresso bars & cafes all over the place, but often baristas just don't know how to get the best out of it.

Paul from our Coffee Science & Education Centre takes us through his typical settings & tips for dialling in this loveable, oversized robot.

Recommended Settings in the Video:

Espresso // 1.5 - 2.5
Stovetop Espresso // 3 - 3.5
Aeropress // 4 - 5
V60 (manual filter) // 6 - 7.5
Batch Brewer (automatic filter) // 7.5 - 9
Plunger (French Press), Cold Brew, Cupping // 9 - 10
