The rose-tinted glasses of my affection for the Suikoden series get blasted off my face as I review the, in my opinion, still worth playing Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes (yes, not Chronicles. I claim Mandela Effect on this!!!).
This took way longer than I was expecting (turns out editing down hours of gameplay footage for specific reference to text is a lot more involved than just using trailer/b-roll!), and it's possible that some of my issues with the game have already been patched, so consider this a review of v1.0. All gameplay footage is mine, with the exception of cutscenes (since I was already at post-game after writing the script), appropriate credits in the video. If I missed any, I'll leave them here.

This is a 4-part story. The next part should go up in May. I know thats a long time between episodes but I have a day job in animation and I wont allow myself to do unhealthy crunch time hours. This limits my indie time to weekends, essentially. The goal is to have Part 2 in May, Part 3 in June, and Part 4 in July.
After that? Perhaps something new...
