I try to learn the bagging technique with Dr. Eggman himself, as I grind through Legend Rank in Sonic Racing CrossWorlds, with the appropriate Gadget Build to match. This increase the chance of speed items appearing (especially wisps like the Drill and Lazer Wisps), but will I adapt to the races to please Eggman-sama?
