Skin weights are a painful part of the rigging process, but there are strategies to paint them more efficiently. This tutorial introduces the idea of a "skin weights dance" - a range of movement (ROM) exercise that moves each part of the body in a meaningful way for the purpose of editing skin weights.

The setup in this video is based on the rigging conventions in Rapid Rig: Modular.
