Statement of Faith:
I believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, inerrant word of God and that it has been preserved in the English language in the King James Bible. I believe that all modern versions that come after the KJB are corrupt.
I believe in the literal 6-day creation account in Genesis.
I believe in one God in three persons (Father, Son, Holy Spirit). The Father is not the Son, the Son is not the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit is not the Father, yet each are co-equal, and co-eternal.
I believe that Jesus Christ, the second person of the Godhead, is 100% God and 100% man and that while He has existed eternally, He did not have a body until He came to this Earth.
I believe that the Holy Spirit is not a force or an energy, but is the third person of the Godhead who indwells all New Testament believers.
I believe that all men are born sinners by default, and that they can do nothing to earn their way to Heaven.
I believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
I believe that when Christ shed His blood at Calvary, that He took our place, paying a debt He did not owe because we have a debt that we could not pay.
I believe that salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone, and there does not need to be any works in order to be saved, stay saved, or prove salvation.
I believe in the eternal security of the believer, that the very moment that a person trusts Christ as their Savior, they are sealed by the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption. Nothing that a believer can do can cause them to lose their salvation, forfeit it, give it back, etc.
I believe that eternal security is the core of the Gospel message and that all those who believe in salvific loss are believing in a false jesus and a false gospel.
I utterly reject all 5 points of Calvinism as unbiblical, damnable heresy.
I believe that repent means a change of mind, and that in a salvific context, to change your mind from unbelief to belief. I believe that repent does not mean turn from sin, and that turning from sin = keeping the law.
I believe that Heaven is a real, literal place that all believers will go when they die.
I believe that Hell is a real, literal place that is a place of everlasting torment for the unbeliever. I utterly reject Annihilationism as unbiblical false doctrine.
